LENOEM Management Inc. (“LENOEM,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who is responsible for your information

LENOEM Management Inc. is the organization responsible for the personal information collected through this site. Our privacy officer is Simon Fessard, reachable at info@lenoem.ca.

What we collect

• Meeting requests: when you book a call via Calendly, we collect your name, email address, and any details you provide in the booking form.
• Email contact: when you email us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Site usage: this site runs on WordPress.com, which uses cookies and collects basic analytics (pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device type) through Jetpack/WordPress.com Stats.
• Newsletter/follow: if you subscribe to this site through WordPress.com’s follow feature, WordPress.com collects your email address to manage that subscription; we do not separately store it.

Why we collect it

We use this information to schedule and conduct meetings, respond to inquiries, and understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Who we share it with

We rely on the following service providers, each acting under its own privacy terms:

• Calendly (scheduling) — see Calendly’s Privacy Policy.
• Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com hosting, Stats, and the follow/subscribe feature) — see Automattic’s Privacy Policy.

Both providers are based outside Quebec (primarily the United States), which means your information may be processed or stored outside the province. We have satisfied ourselves that each provider maintains privacy protections comparable to Quebec’s requirements before using their services; you can request more detail on this assessment by contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep meeting and email correspondence for as long as needed to manage our business relationship with you, and no longer than necessary for the purposes described above. Analytics data is retained according to WordPress.com’s own retention schedule.

Your rights

Under applicable Quebec and Canadian privacy law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use (where consent is the basis for processing).
